This firm is managed by a team of principals having more than 10 years of experience in design, construction, management and success in engineering, construction, and various operational services throughout Afghanistan. We are specialized in serving USACE and all associated entities in their efforts to reconstruct the Afghanistan infrastructure.
Behnam CC is 99% Afghan-utilization of work and execution and is partnered with Afghan owned firms for all contract execution from inception to completion. All our work partners are Afghan owned firms and are delinquently chosen for their quality, past performance and experience. Behnam CC is managed by Afghan and Middle Eastern expats familiar with the US military and government contracting mechanisms to allow 100% efficiency in delivering the highest quality project, on time and within budget.
Behnam CC employs over 400 full time Afghan employees, more than 2000 skilled and unskilled labor and owns equipment worth more than $ 4 million spread on various sites throughout Afghanistan.

We construct utility systems, communication systems, water treatment systems/plants, electrical and communication distribution systems and power generation systems.
