This project consists of site adaption and construction of the Afghanistan National Army (ANA), 4CDO to SOK Conversion. Base Shindand, Herat Province, Afghanistan. The project consists of site adaption and construction of the site and new permanent facilities. The project is defined as providing but not limited to site adaption, material, labor, and equipment to construct buildings, parking areas, isolated site lighting and utilities. The intent is to provide permanent basing using the most cost-efficient and expeditious construction method.
