Contract Title: Construction of Dog Kennel, US Embass
Contract: BCC-ACLS JV
Prime Contractor: Behnam Construction Company
The Contractor shall furnish and install all materials required by this contract. The project mainly included demolition and renovation of the existing Dog Kennel in US Embassy in Kabul.
The major scope of work can be desribed as following:
- Removal of roof on expansion side back to the ridge cap.
- Remove existing kennel structure
- Removal of all HESCO barriers currently used and replace with 12’ (3.65m) High T-Walls per attached drawing.
- Install 2 each 40’ containers spaced 2.43m apart and construct 8 kennels within each container
- Install new vertical roof supports, roof trusses and sheet metal
- The contractor shall provide a design with details of the kennels, utilities and force protection.
